Should you need to stay overnight to attend the wedding and reception, the Boone and Blowing Rock area offers lots of hotels and lodging options. The end of October is a very busy tourist season in the High Country, so it is suggested you make reservations early.

The wedding ceremony starts at 3:00 in the afternoon, so if traveling from in NC, you should have no problem reaching Blowing Rock on Saturday. The reception is scheduled from about 4:30-9:30, or whenever you are comfortable leaving, so those of you traveling long distances may wish to stay the night on Saturday.

The reception is being held at a hotel in Blowing Rock, the historic Green Park Inn. The Inn has reserved a block of rooms for our wedding guests, if you wish to spend Friday and/or Saturday night at the Green Park Inn. Call the Green Park Inn at 1-800-852-2462 and tell them you are in the "Little-Lion Wedding Party" for the weekend of October 23 to get rates and reserve a room.
